Insta Electric SA Focsani is currently looking for a TECHNICAL CUSTOMER Consultant
Candidate profile:
A good command of spoken and written English. German in addition would be a plus.
The ability to communicate well and maintain rapport internally with colleagues and externally with customers and partners.
Strong technical background and experience – electro-technics and / or mechanics engineering and keen commercial awareness
Good computer literacy. You are trained to use a technical drawing software.
Confidence and the ability to think decisions through thoroughly even under pressure.
Job responsibilities:
Manage customer and product projects from both the technical and commercial perspectives (plastic injection, metal treatment, montage)
Support customers with technical advice and customized solutions.
Ensure on-time, correct and complete response to customer inquiries.
Actively seek and maintain ongoing relationship with customers.
Negotiate product and service prices and close contracts.
Ensure proper and on time customer orders’ information registration in the ERP system.
Work closely and communicate with all company’s departments to ensure adequate work and information flow.
